Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the items are free from wear or damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
